Do I need to have issues with my spine to attend? No you do not have to be experiencing spinal issues or pain to attend this workshop. This is a preventative focused workshop giving you strategies for improving your overall spinal health but also preventing spinal issues in the future.

Who is this workshop NOT suitable for? If you have any acute spinal injuries - please see your doctor or if you have trouble performing exercises on the ground.
