Since 2014, I have dedicated myself to mastering functional biomechanics, mentored directly by Gary Ward for three years. This education, along with further training in Neurokinetic Therapy and foot mobilisation techniques, sets my practice apart. My focus is on how your body moves—especially during walking—and how we can optimise those movements for better health and mobility.
