This workshop concentrates on the practical aspects of evaluating and improving the function and movement of the foot to help with bunions


In this workshop, attendees will delve into the following key aspects:

  1. Evaluation Techniques: Learn hands-on methods for assessing the movement and functionality of the foot and ankle. Understand how to identify specific issues related to bunions through practical evaluations.

    This involves evaluating the pelvis/hip joint, knee, and ankle in addition to your feet. Bunions are not solely a foot issue; they represent the entire body's attempt to self-correct.

  2. Functional Improvement: Explore practical strategies aimed at enhancing foot function. Participants will discover exercises and movements that contribute to improved mobility, strength, and overall well-being.

    This requires a sustained commitment to unlocking the entire limb and body. It's essential to recognize that this workshop is the beginning of a significant transformation, so changing your movement patterns and muscle reactions takes time. If previous exercises haven't yielded results, it's likely because they focused solely on the foot. We need to address both aspects for effective change.

  3. Bunion Management: Gain specialised knowledge on managing bunions effectively. The workshop provides insights into lifestyle adjustments, exercises, and self-care practices that can contribute to alleviating bunion-related discomfort.

    You'll be taught techniques to mobilise every bone in your feet and strengthen all the muscles in your feet and lower limbs. If you have bunions on both feet, a core strengthening program is crucial, given the nature of the condition affecting both feet.

  4. Interactive Learning: Whether attending in person or online, the workshop offers an interactive learning environment. Engage in discussions, Q&A sessions, and hands-on activities to reinforce your understanding of foot and ankle movement.

Maximising Your Experience at Our Workshop
In order to fully maximise the benefits of our innovative webinar, we strongly recommend attending the live sessions to actively participate in each exercise while receiving personalised guidance from our expert instructor, Riccardo. While the workshop will be conducted over Zoom, we urge you to prepare as if you were attending an in-person class, ensuring an immersive and engaging experience.

The 30 minute Q&A Session offers you the opportunity to ask questions, seek clarification, and tailor the experience to your specific needs after the webinar. The Q&A session will be a week following the webinar to provide you the time to review the webinar and try the movements afterwards. Thus providing you plenty of time to think and experience the concepts in the webinar over the week.

Please note that a recording will be accessible for an unlimited period, offering a chance to revisit the content and further reinforce your learning.

Attention Participants

Dress Code Reminder
For the upcoming workshop, we kindly ask that you wear sports clothing without shoes or socks. This will allow for better visibility of your body movements should you wish to receive comments and feedback during the session.

For Improved Stability During the Webinar
If you feel that you need more stability, we recommend having a sturdy chair, table, or wall nearby to provide additional reassurance and support. This will be especially helpful as you will be balancing on one leg during the workshop.
