Join our interactive workshop to improve your knee health and eliminate pain! In just 1.5 hours, you'll learn how to improve the movement and function of your knees and lower limbs.

This workshop is perfect for you if:

Additional Information

Do I need to have issues with my knees to attend? No you do not have to be experiencing knees issues or pain to attend this workshop. This is a preventative focused workshop giving you strategies for improving your overall knee and limb function but also preventing knee and ankle issues in the future.

Why should I come? Anyone who values their lower limbs needs to understand how your knees can impact the entire body. Gaining mobility and proper function in your knees can reduce a huge amount of pressure and stress in your entire body. We will also look at the functions of your feet as there are over a quarter of your bones in your feet, so getting proper foot function will make life easier for your knees too.

Who is this workshop NOT suitable for? If you have any acute knee injuries - please see your doctor or if you have trouble performing exercises on the ground.

Will the movement be recorded? Yes, you will access to all the movement from the workshop. These will be available afterwards to review from the comfort of your phone or computer. Access for 12 months.
