Through a series of targeted exercises and stretches, we aim to awaken those dormant foot muscles and reintroduce them to their full potential.

In this highly engaging workshop, our main focus is to ensure that your feet not only feel happy but also remain pain-free! With a duration of 1.5 hours, we will delve into the intricacies of how your feet should move and function optimally. Through a series of carefully curated movements, you will have the opportunity to experience firsthand the freedom and liberation that comes with allowing your feet to truly thrive. Our instructor will guide you every step of the way, providing valuable insights and techniques to promote lasting foot health.
This workshop will benefit you if you have:
flat feet, or high arches
weak ankles, prone to sprains & strains
notice uneven wear patterns on your shoes,
tight calf muscles, limited mobility in the toes, feet, or ankles,
bunions, hammer toes, or other misaligned joints
Or if you have healthy feet and want to keep them feeling fine!
The workshop aims to help you achieve full foot motion, healing and unlocking your feet's potential through self-assessment and movement learning.
What will be covered?
1. Improve your ability to move your whole foot, from toes to heel.
2. Use wedges to make your foot more mobile and stable.
3. Learn simple exercises to evaluate and improve your foot function and movement, and create a daily practice routine.
4. Follow routines that can help restore flexibility in your feet, starting from the tips of your toes to the heel.
5. Gain access to an online portal with all the movements and concepts for future learning and as a reference tool.

Answer: No, you don't have to have foot issues or pain to attend this workshop. It's a workshop that focuses on prevention, teaching you ways to improve the function of your feet and limbs and avoid foot and ankle problems in the future.
