Join us to unveil the intricacies of walking like never before.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN

How the Foot Supinates in Walking: Part 1

A Comprehensive Approach to Improving Mobility and Function

At The Body Lab, we explore the nuances of how the foot supinates during the phases of walking and provide insights into assessing and addressing any missed aspects of this vital movement.

Our program delves into the correct supination technique to enhance foot function and improve overall gait. Additionally, we emphasise the proper method of pushing off the ground to optimise foot and knee function in harmony with hip motion.

In addition, our methodology brings clarity to the complex interplay between the foot and the dynamics of pelvic and skull movement during walking. We divulge cutting-edge industry strategies designed to reestablish the mobility of the hips and spine by supinating the foot, along with procedures for relieving hip and spine discomfort through foot mobilisation.

Understanding the functional relationship between the heel and forefoot during gait is key in our program, equipping individuals with the knowledge to mitigate foot discomfort through effective interaction.

In addition to our thorough insights, we offer a practical approach through quick assessments and functional tests to gain biomechanical understanding and ascertain foot function. We provide a comprehensive guide, including movement-based strategies and targeted exercises to enhance foot mobility and function.

Ultimately, our step-by-step process focuses on improving walk stability and foot mobility, facilitating a long-term journey towards better mobility and overall functionality.

Our main goal is to guide individuals towards sustained improvement in movement and how you walk. Which is why we have included a 30 minute Q&A session 1 week after the webinar to answer any questions.

Join us at The Body Lab and embark on a transformative journey towards understanding, enhancing, and optimising your foot articulation for improved mobility and function.
