Welcome to The Body Lab
If you’re in Canberra and dealing with pain, stiffness, poor posture, or that mysterious “something’s off” feeling—welcome.
I help you move better, feel stronger, and finally figure out what your body’s trying to tell you.
No fluff. No band-aid fixes. Just results that stick.
So, what is The Body Lab?
Where bio-mechanics meets brainwork and needles.
We don’t just treat pain—we unravel it. At The Body Lab, we blend three powerful therapies into one rebellious, body-savvy approach:
Skeleton Mobilisation to restore joint flow and clean up your walk.
Cranial Therapy Canberra - to calm your nervous system and reboot stuck patterns.
Acupuncture Canberra to settle the chaos and nudge your body back into harmony.
This combo is uniquely ours—and it works.
We don’t treat symptoms. We treat systems.
Sudden flare-up? I’ve got you.
Neck acting up? Foot twinge out of nowhere? Shoulder or back throwing a tantrum?
I offer one-off sessions for acute pain that needs sorting, stat.
We’ll assess what’s going on, treat what’s needed, and give you a plan you can move forward with—no strings attached.

What Makes Us Different
We go beyond quick fixes. Our approach is:
✅ Whole-body focused – We assess how everything connects, not just the part that hurts
✅ Root-cause driven – We identify why it’s happening, not just how to stop it
✅ Skeletal-based – We work with bones and joint motion, not just stretching muscles
You’ll leave with:
✅ A clear plan
✅ Progress you can feel
✅ Support you can trust
Why I Don’t Just “Needle and Go”
I started out as a Classical Chinese Acupuncturist. And for years, that helped people manage pain. But I realised this:
If you still move the same way, the pain just comes back.
Now, I still use acupuncture—but I combine it with:
Joint-by-joint motion testing
Gait and walking analysis
Cranial therapy
Movement retraining and foot mechanics
Because pain isn’t just a surface problem—it’s a movement problem.
My goal? To help you fix the issue and learn how to keep it that way.
(And yes, that means you’ll probably see me less.)
Common things people say when they come in:
“My kid walks a bit… off?”
“I’ve been to six people and no one’s figured it out.”
“It just feels… wrong.”
“My feet are plotting against me.”
“I have a bunion. I Googled it. I cried.”
If any of that sounds familiar, you’re our people.
