We share exclusive industry techniques aimed at restoring hip and spine motion through foot manipulation, as well as methods to alleviate hip and spine discomfort by mobilising the foot.
Understanding the functional relationship between the heel and forefoot during gait is key in our program, equipping individuals with the knowledge to mitigate foot discomfort through effective interaction.
In addition to our thorough insights, we offer a practical approach through quick assessments and functional tests to gain biomechanical understanding and ascertain foot function. Maximising Your Experience at Our Workshop
In order to fully maximise the benefits of our innovative webinar, we strongly recommend attending the live sessions to actively participate in each exercise while receiving personalised guidance from our expert instructor, Riccardo. While the workshop will be conducted over Zoom, we urge you to prepare as if you were attending an in-person class, ensuring an immersive and engaging experience.
The 30 minute Q&A Session offers you the opportunity to ask questions, seek clarification, and tailor the experience to your specific needs after the webinar. The Q&A session will be a week following the webinar to provide you the time to review the webinar and try the movements afterwards. Thus providing you plenty of time to think and experience the concepts in the webinar over the week.
Please note that a recording will be accessible for a limited period of 7 days, offering a chance to revisit the content and further reinforce your learning.
